After receiving a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida, Abby moved to Denver, Colorado, where she gained professional experience in customer-facing roles within the financial technology industry. These positions allowed her to grow her interest in helping business owners use technology to make running their companies easier and more efficient. Eventually, she became an issue management expert for a team of customer resolution specialists, where she enjoyed working cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and engineering teams to help better serve customers.
She’s thrilled to be able to use her customer support skills in the software space as a Customer Solutions Manager at Shelterluv! With volunteer experience in animal shelters, a passion for ending animal cruelty, and a general love of animals and non-profits, this role is her perfect fit.
Outside of work, you can find Abby hitting the mountains for hiking or skiing, crafting, cooking, reading, or planning her next travel adventure.
