Although her career began with hands-on animal care, she quickly discovered that her greatest passion was supporting the people behind the mission. Whether she was training staff, improving workflows, or helping teams navigate change, Stephanie found fulfillment in empowering others to do their best work. As a Shelterluv user for more than seven years before joining the team, Stephanie experienced firsthand how the platform could simplify daily operations and support the important work happening inside shelters. That perspective gives her a unique understanding of both the challenges customers face and the opportunities Shelterluv provides to make their work easier. Today, Stephanie partners with organizations to help them build confidence from day one. She enjoys sharing practical advice, uncovering workflow improvements, and helping shelters and rescues discover new ways to get the most from Shelterluv. You're balancing animal care, adoptions, volunteers, medical needs, and everything in between, all while trying to keep things moving. That's why I believe technology should reduce stress, not add to it. When I work with customers, I always try to put myself back in their shoes. I remember what it felt like to learn new systems, troubleshoot problems, and figure out how to make everything fit the way our shelter operated. My goal is to offer advice that's practical, realistic, and tailored to each organization's unique needs, not just explain how a feature works. One of the best parts of this role is helping customers discover something that makes their day a little easier.
