It's not a 'one-size-fits-all' system. We weren't able to configure anything except basic information in our previous software, PetPoint. This has been really helpful for our reporting since we can now easily pull more specific data points (eg. intake subtype) to track the work we're doing." *says Ben Mathews, the Director of Operations.* ![Computer application icon](https://blog.shelterluv.com/hubfs/Computer_Application.svg) ### Less time training on user-friendly software "Shelterluv is very user-friendly. It takes a quarter of the time to train on Shelterluv as opposed to PetPoint. It probably took someone four to five days to feel confident using PetPoint, but with Shelterluv it takes only about a day." ![Dog and cat icon](https://blog.shelterluv.com/hubfs/Dog_Cat.svg) ### Intuitive medical features for staying on schedule "The Task Manager has been really helpful in allowing us to stay on top of what vaccines, treatments, and such need to get done. It's really easy for anyone with the right user permissions to jump in and mark what's been completed or schedule something. Also, we like being able to edit vaccines when needed, which was not something we could do in PetPoint." ![Files icon](https://blog.shelterluv.com/hubfs/Files.svg) ### Map-based Field Services "Our animal control officers love that they see all of their cases plotted out on a map. It allows them to map routes faster to save time." Email us at info@shelterluv.com to learn more.
