Working closely with business owners, she discovered a passion for helping people use technology to make their work easier, more efficient, and less overwhelming. As her career evolved, Abby became an issue management expert, partnering with operations, compliance, and engineering teams to solve complex customer challenges. She especially enjoyed connecting the dots across teams, uncovering the root cause of problems, and translating technical concepts into practical solutions customers could easily understand. With volunteer experience in animal shelters, a passion for ending animal cruelty, and a lifelong love of animals, joining Shelterluv brought together Abby's passion for customer support with a mission she deeply believes in. Whether it's learning a new system, solving a tricky problem, or finding a better way to explain something, I enjoy taking ideas that feel complicated and making them approachable. One of my favorite parts of supporting customers is seeing that moment when everything clicks. Sometimes all it takes is looking at a problem from a different angle or explaining a workflow in a way that feels more intuitive. Helping someone go from frustrated to confident is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Technology should make people's lives easier, not harder. That's the mindset I bring to every conversation.
